UK: You have 14 days to return your order for a refund. This is from the date your order was placed. If you are returning for a refund, you will be charged £2.99.
Return fees will be deducted from your refund at the time we process it.
International: You have 30 days to return your order for a refund or an exchange, from the date your order was placed.
Return costs may vary and will responsibilty of buyer.
Please note: Swimwear is returnable however we do require the hygiene stickers remain intact, failure to do this will result in the item being non-returnable.
We aim to process all returns within 10 working days (UK) / 20 working days (International) of delivery to us, providing there are no issues with the return. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return.
